Vacaciones en Carboneras - Holidays at Carboneras, Spain #7

Pues llegó el día, el último día de vacaciones en la playa de este verano. Es el típico día que se quiere descansar pero que al final acabas más cansado aún. También es el día que nadie quiere que llegue de las vacaciones, pero siempre llega :-(

Then came the day, the last day of vacations on the beach this summer. It is the typical day that you want to rest but in the end you end up being even more tired. It is also the day that no one wants to come from holidays, but it always comes :-(

Aprovechamos para ir a la playa por la mañana y como fue el único día que el mar estaba en calma, me metí con las gafas, tubo y aletas para hacer snorkel y recordar mis tiempos de pesca submarina cuando vivía en la playa, eso sí, esta vez sin arpón.

We went to the beach in the morning and as it was the only day the sea was calm, I got in with the glasses, tube and fins to snorkel and remember my times of underwater fishing when I lived on the beach, This time without a harpoon.

Le dije a mi hijo antes de meterme en el mar que iba a coger un pulpo para que lo viera y tocara un pulpo vivo por primera vez. ¿Y que pasó? Pues que esto es como montar en bicicleta, no tardé ni 5 minutos en coger uno y salir a la orilla para que lo vieran. Luego me volví a meter al agua para soltarlo y seguir buceando.

I told my son before I went into the sea that I would take an octopus for he would see it and he would touch a live octopus for the first time. And what happened? Well, this is like riding a bicycle, it did not take me 5 minutes to get one and go out to the river to be seen. Then I went back to the water to release it and continue diving.

Por la noche fuimos a tapear y a comernos un helado después, aprovechamos para ir a ver las ánforas en la plaza de mi pueblo y así acabamos nuestro último día de vacaciones en la playa con mi amigo @sergiopocasluces.

In the evening we went to eat tapas and to eat an ice cream afterwards, we took the opportunity to see the amphorae in the square of my town and thus we finished our last day of vacations in the beach with my friend @sergiopocasluces.
