Vamos a estudiar los Productos Volcánicos.
Productos que arroja un Volcán.
Estos productos los podemos clasificar de la siguiente manera:
 | GASEOSOS: Vapor de agua, sulfuro de hidrógeno y dióxido de carbono |
 | LIQUIDOS: Lava, Materiales fundidos a temperaturas superiores a 1.000 ºC |
 | SÓLIDOS: Cenizas, lapillis y bombas volcánicas |
Productos Gaseosos:
Los productos gaseosos puedes eser producidos durante la erupción o bien en casos de vulcanismos atenuado que es cuando prácticamente el volcán se apagado pero todavía existe una cierta actividad, los cuales se emiten a travez de "fumarolas" que son conductos donde los gases calientes salen a la superficie.
Productos Líquidos:
La lava es el magma cuando ya esta sobre la superficie la cual al enfriarse o entrar en contacto con el aire se forman coladas, existen dos tipos de coladas.

| Coladas PAHOE-HOE: "Pahoe-hoe" es un termino hawaiano que significa "se puede caminar sobre ella", esta clase de coladas se caracterizan por que al contacto del aire se forma una especie de capa fina arriba de la lava, esta tambien la podemos identificar por que tiene una velocidad lenta. | |
 | Coladas AA: Son coladas de superficie rugosa y grumosa por la cual es fácil de identificar |
Materiales Solidos:
Los productos solidos arrojados de un volcan se denominan "piroplasticos" los cuales son:
 | Ceniza Volcánica: Son de tamaño Milimetricos, como una especie de polvo la cual pueden alcanzar grandes distancias al ser expulsadas y son sumamente peligrosas por sus altas temperaturas |
 | Lapilli: Son fragmentos caracterizados por medir de 1 a 2 centimetros de diametros las cuales son expulsadas con gran velocidad |
 | Bombas Volcánicas: Estos sólidos son altamente peligro por su tamaño ya que llegan a medir hasta 1 metro de diámetro causando un cráter en el suelo por su alto impacto de allí su nombre "Bombas Volcánicas" |
