Yes, but I am not sure what part of the cow it is. They cut things differently there. If you ask for the meat alone it's called 'churasco'
They make something similar in the USA, called "chicken fried steak" or "country fried steak" - it's been so long since I moved out of my crazy country that I can't remember.
