En esta tercera temporada podemos ver como los indices de delincuencia han disminuido a niveles minímos, gracias a flecha y su escuadrón antivigilante. Oliver (Stephen Amell) cree que puede llevar acabo su doble vida, hasta que muere Sara (Caity Lotz), haciendo que él mismo junto Laurel (Katie Cassidy), se invoquen a buscar a su asesino, descuidando absolutamente todo y llevando a Laurel a convertirse en canario negro.
