4 yemas 200 gr. de miel 1 cucharada de maizena 1/2 litro de leche 1 taza de crema de leche (Esp.: Nata) 3 clara de huevo
Mezcle las yemas, con la miel, la maizena y la leche. Poner sobre el fuego y hervir durante 5 minutos. Retirar y dejar enfriar. Agregar una taza con crema de leche batida y 3 claras batidas a nieve. Preparación: Mezclar suavemente. Colocar en las cubetas, cuando empieza a congelar batir rápidamente un poquito y dejar enfriar hasta que tome la consistencia deseada
