Es mejor estudiar en sesiones cortas y frecuentes a estudiar una sola sesión larga. Intenta estudiar durante 25-30 minutos y luego toma un descanso de 5-10 minutos. Esto se conoce como la técnica Pomodoro.
Analiza tus actividades diarias antes de cada plan de estudio, ya sea trabajo, clases, deportes, entre otros. Ya que tengas los horarios claros puedes dividir las horas asignadas para estudio en esta técnica, y verás como beneficiará.
Asegúrate de tener un espacio de estudio limpio y libre de distracciones. Trata de tener todo lo que necesitas a mano para evitar interrupciones, Mantén tu teléfono y otros dispositivos que no necesites fuera de la vista para evitar distracciones
Siempre que termines de estudiar, intenta explicarle a otra persona el tema, ya que al explicarlo vas creando una base más solida porque te ayuda a entender mejor el material.
Crear fichas de estudio es una de las técnicas de estudio que más me ayudó! Te ayudan a memorizar y entender mejor dicho tema, es oro puro
Resalta y subrayar tus apuntes te ayuda a destacar las partes más importantes del tema.
Y anota todo lo que puedas, puedes optar también por esa opción, ya que frecuentemente se hacen acotaciones y detalles rápidos sobre diversos temas que pueden ayudarte cuándo realices los resúmenes!
