Una de las cosas que he aprendido en la cocina es que las salsas pueden darle un toque especial a cada plato. Y si queremos preparar carnes, una buena salsa nos puede ayudar a potenciar el sabor de ellas por completo y ademas es una forma sencilla de hacerlo. Hay una gran variedad de recetas pero en esta ocasión les traigo una fácil y que les va a encantar a sus comensales.
Esta salsa es ideal para la carne de cerdo aunque también para el pollo aportándoles a estos un sabor exquisito. Se puede acompañar con arroz, puré de papas, vegetales al vapor o papas al horno y una rica ensalada, eso sera al gusto de cada quién.
Para esta receta vamos a necesitar:
- 1 manzana
- 1 cebolla
- 2 cucharadas de mayonesa
- 1 cucharada de mostaza
- 1 cucharada de miel
- Aceite de oliva
En primer lugar vamos a picar muy bien la cebolla y vamos a rallar la manzana sin piel. En una sartén a fuego muy lento vamos a poner la cebolla y la manzana. Salpimentamos al gusto. Cuando veamos que los ingredientes en la sartén tengan un color transparente retiramos del fuego e introducimos en un recipiente o bol.
Vamos a añadir la mayonesa, la mostaza y la miel, batir hasta tener una salsa homogénea. Las cantidades serán al gustos, yo les recomendaría que echaran más mayonesa que miel ya que puede dar un sabor fuerte.
Si eligen cerdo como yo, lo pueden prepara a su gusto en mi caso solo salpimenté y coloque en una plancha con un poco de aceite. ¡Listo! Servir el plato con la carne de cerdo, su salsa y por supuesto la guarnición que prefieran. A disfrutar de un plato exquisito.
