• A change of mentality
- Your childhood marked Much of your personality -

• It's amazing how childhood can mark a person during a lifetime, for better or for worse, you are the result of everything you've seen from your parents, your neighbors, everything that surrounded you at that time, was your main teacher. People are not born shy, or fat, or skinny, or envious, or stingy, or thieving. I am sure that more than 50 percent of our personality depends solely on our childhood. I am one of the many people who are against Bullíng and not only I say it because I have lived it. The Bullíng is something that separates us from the good things that life offers, it separates you from your happiness and that of your family, for me the abuse is something that is simply not human and goes against all the true principles of this planet .

• We all deserve to be happy, to be able to laugh, and to be able to feel tranquility and freedom in every moment of our lives. I do not know when it will end machismo, but what I do know and I'm sure is that it will continue to diminish over time. The silly idea that women are for home, for cooking or looking after children, and today for many that is a thing of the past, we currently see women who are father and mother at the same time and the same goes for men and this It is because the times are changing and will continue to change, the sad thing is that not everyone accepts this reality and they want to continue tied to the things of the past, to the traditional. With the arrival of the Internet, the world took a tremendous turn, almost everything is done online, from paying for a product and service or simply buying something as simple as a flannel, the way of learning has also changed, everything is completely different .

In the year 2011 of the month of July I remember it was a Sunday, that day were times of anguish, fear, pain, it was the day of the child and we promised my two little brothers that we would take him for a walk, that day at 6 am Mom calls us distressed to help him get up my dad, because his behavior was not very normal, he was urinating and half of his body was completely asleep, his face fallen, unable to get out of bed all scared and not knowing What happened, we called the ambulance. A hemorrhagic CVD had marked his life and that of all notros. My father had always had problems such as hypertension, it took a while for his recovery in one of the most expensive clinics in the city of Valencia, thank God the company and life insurance covered much of the costs of the operation. Between rest and more rest, 2 years passed so that my father managed to reintegrate back into the company, thanks to the help of a union syndicate, since the company did not want him to rejoin because he would not have the same performance. As time went on the company insisted several times to leave on its own, but my dad did not want to, he loved his job. At the end of 2014 I remember that my mother calls me on the phone and tells me that some people came to the house for my father to sign some papers, they said that all those papers were for the improvement of my dad's health, and that I had nothing to do with any dismissal, then my mom called my uncle the union to explain those people who went to the house and the paper that my dad had already signed, and then my uncle said, ¨ they should not sign anything , in these people you do not have to trust, God willing and it's not bad at all ".

It seems that those papers that were signed were for my father to have a complete analysis in Caracas to evaluate his health more thoroughly, and that was it, he was examined in Caracas and the company paid with all the expenses. Several weeks went by, and nothing came of those exams. Until, finally, at the beginning of 2015, the company contacts one of my brothers, so that they may arrive at the company, they tell him that the Caracas exams have arrived and they need to inform him of something very important. My brother tells me that in what he arrives at the company and my dad was waiting for him at the entrance and although my brother already suspected what would happen, my dad in what he sees my brother tells him that he does not think to sign no paper In full meeting the company teaches and explains the results of the exams that in summary said that more than 50% of his brain was not optimal to continue working, they tell him to please sign his settlement because until today he worked. At that time my father was very angry, and thank God they managed to calm him down.

• We told the company that it was very important for us to read those papers calmly before signing it, then the company insists that the settlement was ready and that it should be taken because it is a very good amount, not to accept the company would be open to give the fight.

• A week later the decision was made to sign and take the liquidation, which certainly did not reach or buy a house. Not worth the 18 long years that I dedicate to the company. All this situation changed me a little more the way of thinking and seeing things, and I was destroying in my mind the image of what it was for me to enter and die for a good company, I confess that every day I spent looking , silently investigating the Internet, everything related to work, money, new options to generate money, because I simply did not want to end up like my father who practically today at age 55 depends economically on us, did not want to die being employee or that they were giving me orders at all times and less than people I do not even know.

I did not want to ask permission to do my personal things, I needed to do my things at the time and on the day that I wanted, because it is my life and my family's life and that is more important for me. With a lot of effort, I managed to get the TSU out of chemical processes, and afterwards I worked as a manufacturer preparing natural products in a Pharmaceutical Laboratory, I remember that in the interview I told the human resources girl that she would only work for a year in this company. said; "I DO NOT NEED EXPERIENCE" and that's how it was, one year later I retired on my own, I confess that my first months in the company were very good because every day I learned something different and I liked that a lot. Without realizing I already knew practically everything necessary and day after day it was more of the same. Once I remember that I had to ask for permission to update my identity card and they gave it to me perfectly, then I had to ask permission to do other important things but already my boss's face was not the same, and I understand it because the only manufacturer in each area was me and if I was missing that would mean that she would have to cover me, and the worst of all was that she did it, because she said : ¨Angelo You have to be very professional¨ but I did not think the same, because one thing is to be professional and another very different is to save the company money to have another manufacturer in each area, which was of great importance to increase production Then I had to ask permission to do other important things but already my boss's face was not the same, and I understand it because the only manufacturer in each area was me and if I was missing that would mean that she would have to cover, and the worst of all was that he did, because she said: "Angelo You have to be very professional" but I did not think the same, because one thing is to be professional and another very different is to save the company money to have another manufacturer in each area, which was of paramount importance to increase production.

• One day annoyed by so many injustices that committed every time with the staff, I remember that day I wrote to a great friend of my father who worked in a prestigious company as human resources, according to my dad she was the one who always made her the second when he needed to put some acquaintance, with much regret he sent a text message that read like this:

Very good afternoon Sr Ana writes the son of Mr. Isabel Olivo who gave him the hemorrhagic CVD, my dad sends greeting. I am writing to you to see what possibility there is for me to interview, I already graduated as a TSU in chemical processes and I am currently working in a company that does not value my work and pay me very badly, regards. Answer what you can. Thank you.

I wrote to her on a Monday and she came answering me on a Thursday, I confess that I had already lost hope that she would respond to my message, believe me, when that woman answered my message, I was very excited. She calls me and invites me to the nearest McDonald's and she tells me on the phone that she does not have a job, I have something different for you, a business opportunity with income in dollars and that currently she needed 2 to 3 people interested in earning extra income. .

• In Venezuela, earning dollars was almost impossible, since the only currency allowed is Bolivar. Finally I explained the business, it was a multilevel business and I was super excited, I understood that it was a very big business and that of course it could be for me, until they tell me about the investment to be able to start, it was not an impossible price to get but At that time I did not have that money, first because it was in dollars and second, as I mentioned before, in Venezuela it is very complicated to have dollars, what if I had enough, I was very excited to want to enter this business, believe me I did everything possible to achieve it and I achieved it.

• In the short time it lasts in this type of business I realized that many of the people who were there not only came for money, they did it also because they had a burning dream and a bigger reason than money, the kind of people I found there they were very similar to me, they were people who liked to help others, willing to change and do something different, and that motivated me to continue learning more every day, for them commitment, education and practice. they were EVERYTHING, the only thing that I honestly had a hard time controlling was the product (a virtual travel agency), first because I had never traveled outside the country and that frustrated me a lot, when it comes to selling, since people usually ask you; you've traveled? Although I could not prove any product of this multilevel, this left me something as important as personal education, an education that motivates me a lot to read, to investigate the things that are truly worthwhile, I really learned to work for my own and for me family, in the short time it lasted, I realized that it was something that not everyone saw as a good thing, all people already had a bad opinion of this type of business.

• Among many things that I researched, I found several times with a business that was new to me, I refer to the famous PTC, which are companies that pay you to see advertising, I just decided to invest in it when a great friend of the university told me that he had time in it and that the company had already paid him, he also told me that he had already recovered all his investment, and was still charging part of his profits, that called me even more attention and it was when I invested a little more of my time, and to understand it better I joined her, then I associated myself, I liked the idea that every day you could reinvest the capital plus the profits and that had me so excited, that I focused so much on reinvesting that I neglected the the most important part of this business, which was to be constantly reporting on how the company was doing and if it was up to date with the requests for payments.

• All this one could see in a part called Forum, there the company and its users notified everything a little, the company closed and that error cost me Bs 15000, at that time 15 thousand had value. After all this I found another new company, and this time I was more careful, and was always aware of the payments that other users requested and if they paid, in this if I can recover my capital and part of my profit just in time , to the time also it closed.

• Later I started as a lender, and thank God it went very well, it always took me a while to select my future clients well, even so, some others that do not fit, but that did not affect my earnings. I recommend this type of business as long as you learn to administer very well, because if not in a few days you will have no money to lend, and that is serious for you and your future customers. Important, I always took into account a Pagare, and a Guarantee that is worth more than the loan. Over time I stopped lending, because as many know in Venezuela every day, the value of our currency loses value, what today costs 1000 Bs tomorrow cost 2000Bs.

• After I stopped being a lender I joined the world of buying and selling, in the middle of a Venezuelan crisis I saw the opportunity to help sell people their trucks, cars, houses, apartments, motorcycles a bit. I started with the neighbors, friends of the neighbors, my friends and eventually I was highly recommended to sell fast online. I was left with 10% on the sale, my earnings were in Bolivars and in dollars, since there came a time when everyone sold their things in dollars so that their money would not lose so much value ...
