Os prometo que no es un zumo, es cerveza 😂 Loud Tempest de Funky Fluid

Como dice el título del post.... os prometo que es una cerveza, aunque parezca un zumo.

Cervecera: Funky Fluid en colaboración con Browar Nepomucen
Estilo: Triple fruited Gose
Alcohol: 8º
Formato: Lata de 500 ml.

Una vez más esta cervecera, una de las más gamberras, atrevidas y divertidas de Europa, nos trae un estilo que trabaja a la perfección: Las Gose. Nacido en Alemania hace más de 100 años, ya son muchas las cerveceras de todo el mundo que lo elaboran. Su principal característica es el toque salado que aporta el agua salina que lleva en su elaboración. El nombre viene dado por las salinas de Golsar (Alemania) donde nació el estilo.

La cerveza es impecable y las frambuesas, guayaba rosa y peras que lleva en su elaboración, combinan perfectamente con el sutil toque salado del estilo camuflando peligrosamente los 8 grados de alcohol. La textura es algo brumosa, como no podía ser de otra forma y el aroma es muy frutal.

Esta cerveza conmemora el tercer aniversario de colaboración de dos de las grandes cerveceras polacas: Funky Fluid y Browar Nepomucen.

Una vez más... todo al calor del fuego sabe mejor.

Once again this brewery, one of the most hooligans, daring and fun in Europe, brings us a style that works perfectly: Las Gose. Born in Germany more than 100 years ago, there are already many breweries around the world that make it. Its main characteristic is the salty touch provided by the saline water that is used in its preparation. The name is given by the salt flats of Golsar (Germany) where the style was born.

The beer is impeccable and the raspberries, pink guava and pears that are used in its production combine perfectly with the subtle salty touch of the style, dangerously camouflaging the 8 degrees of alcohol. The texture is somewhat misty, how could it be otherwise and the aroma is very fruity.

This beer commemorates the third anniversary of collaboration between two of the great Polish brewers: Funky Fluid and Browar Nepomucen.

Once again ... everything in the heat of the fire tastes better.
