Many of us deal with the same problem. You can tell @steemcleaners, they pay you and next break your neck and tell you to go to Discord to "solve" the problem or... the problem is not solved and you get even banned from the Discord group.
Is there a reason given why your are downvoted?

I had a look at your posts. Sources are mentioned so no plagiarism. Text is not just a link, good subject = good content. I don't see any reason to downvote. I would like to know why and go ask at the Discord group or mention and thank your downvoters each time! If you have nothing to lose...

#newsteem is meant for the very rich only and they do not like it if you get upvotes, use a bidbot or other bot... all things they once used.

How about a little test if you do not like to go to the Discord group?

Write a test post... do not ask for payout ask for payment directly to your wallet... will you be downvoted than too?

Via the Discord they can undo it and tell you why you are downvoted. I believe @steemcleaners posts a daily overview with reasons too.
