I haven't gotten as far as flagging them, but I guess I'm not big enough to get many. Don't get me wrong, I get at least one on each of my posts, which is still very annoying. I just completely ignore them and only reply/vote on the comments that are actually real.

I was doing the same, mute and ignore them, until started to be 3 or more spammers (and it does not mean I am too big also :P )
