In order to provide more 'actionable' posts to deal with, I've started looking at comments around 6 days nearing payout.
I've now run into voting circles, basically stealing rewards for poor or outright illigitimate content. This is something new so I'm hoping to find a way to curb these abusive beahviors as well.
In my tables below, I show the hours
left until payout. Rewards are locked at 12 hours so I'm trying to give a reasonable amount of time before that. Also, the rewards noted here are estimates because I do not have explicit rewards in my data today.
If you've got some spare VP and would be willing to help move these unearned rewards back into the rewards pool please consider downvoting a few of these posts.
@helix and @warjar
These two accounts are pretty absurd. First of all, @warjar will regularly comment "Welcome to Steemit!" in #introduceyourself, which is somewhat innocuous if you look past the bandwidth issues. Yet, @helix is upvoting each of these around $0.39 each.
Far worse, @helix will make a comment like this which is literally a period, a single character, and @warjar comes to deliver a $1.33 upvote.
@azathoth1942
This is the continual post of just "1", again one single character, and then self upvoting it over and over again.
@edosweet and @greatness96
Much like we saw earlier, @edosweet is continually posting to #introduceyourself and @greatness96 drops an $0.18 upvote on it.
@fibaroteam and @maczak6603
I don't even need to post on these two because @abusereports already came through and handled this one, thanks for all your work!
@elpop and @hatemelpop11
Once again, repeatedly commenting #introduceyourself to pass along upvotes.
@skyme and @webcoop
It's now an obvious trend, the introduce yourself comment upvote circle.
@tediursa24 and @turtledance24
These are single character comments, "0" this time.
@orangesphere and @penghuren
This one is just a random comment duplicated everwhere by @orangesphere and then upvoted by @penghuren as well as a self upvote.
I am working to remove as much of these rewards as possible.
Awesome, thanks for all your work!
