I saw and read the post @pleasestop.
various comments and entries that I read in your post.
I see it seems like this is a positive thing that should be tapped on the user, as you mean.

actually I did not understand what happened with my post. so @pleasestop does something like this. after I read and listen to it, it turns out many things that benefit from what you mean.

I support this program 100%
free of spam, stop commenting fake news, and stop telling lies that do not fit the picture.

how and what you do to a user who deliberately picks up by downloading or screenshot images on other social media and then uploading them to an esteem without listing the source of the image.

I think this is a very chaotic offense more than spam.

how you respond in that case

Today I am only looking at spam phrases such as "nice post" and not dealing with images, though that is another issue to look at. Thanks for your support!
