France Football is preparing to change the rules in the selection of the Golden Ball for next season, and they plan to extend the voting until mid-December due to the holding of the World Cup in Qatar.
The World Cup is certainly the most important event in the next calendar year, and based on the performance at the World Cup, a decision on the best player in the world for next year will probably be made.
