There are 2 systems of law in the world, common law and civil law. In civil law systems all rights come from government and are defined by statutes. In common law systems all rights come from God and are unlimited. It can be shown that all civil law countries were once common law at some point in history. Russia, France, and most of Europe are civil law countries, but it can be shown that there was once a common law of Europe. Some people in these countries (aristocracy) understood that law and retained their common law rights by refusing to participate in what could be considered contracts. The courts have ruled that America is a nation of Kings and Queens. At the revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and we have all the rights of the King (the former sovereign). Unfortunately, we have become involved in what are viewed to be contracts and have given up our sovereignty! The purpose of Sovereignty International is to educate a sleeping and apathetic people to how the law really works. We help slaves free themselves. We could help a lot more slaves free themselves if they knew they were slaves.

I am not in and hope to never get into any courts cases. However, should need to choose a court system I am interested in learning more about the two law systems. If I have given up my sovereignty how I can go about getting it back?
