I've been breaking it down this way...
There are Citizens and Civilians. Citizens pay taxes, consent to debts, and generally go along with most of what they're told to do by other Citizens who have rank in a Hierarchy. Civilians are just people, many times from other places who are now in the same areas as Citizens but for one reason or another cannot or do not play in the same LARP as the Citizens. Civilians are often what are referred to as "Illegal Aliens," or "Refugees," but can also just be Citizens who simply QUIT the LARP of Citizenship and do something else.
I'm no longer a Citizen of the country I was born in; for many reasons. Being a Civilian, I am now working with both Citizens and other Civilians to foster a community that transcends an enforceable Hierarchy... SteemIt is the start.

Great article. I have heard the word sovereign citizen a thousand times and never even thought about it. I knew what it meant but it didn't even cross my mind how ridiculous it is to put the words together like that. As far as the bank thing goes, I hope they didn't get the money back. Well. Great post! If the critical mass of the American people only knew that their country has been taken from them; that their founding documents have been over-ridden; and that the courts, legislature, executive, MSM...everything, works for an unelected corporate bureaucracy riding on top of the corpse of The Republic, they would perhaps finally rebel in numbers sufficient to restore our collective birthright as citizens of these several sovereign states.
As long as the internet stays UP and unfettered, we have a chance... though time is running short.

The world is controlled by a group of people. The word sovereign is a word used to cover this deceit.
These group of people decide what goes and where it goes.
That is a big stunt pulled by the IMF and will definitely fail in this. Am hearing of sovereign citizen for the first time. There is no way the central government will allow that to happen. Funny thing is, they are supreme but when confronted with law, they become humble.

They feel that they are a nation of one and both the monarch and subject to only their own rules. Viceland did a thing on them, they kept not doing stupid petty shit and getting themselves into trouble. Eventually one them realized that it is a lot easier to just pay your fine or whatever than to try to resist every petty little rule.
One time I was in traffic court and one of these clowns walked in and he ranted at the judge for a while and then stormed out, the judge was perplexed and bemused, I am sure they just mailed his fine to him.
