What If ‘Trust the System’ Is the Problem 🤔

Honest question and no, this isn’t a conspiracy rant.

Has anyone else noticed Amish communities seem to be doing… oddly well?

Lower obesity. Fewer ADHD diagnoses. Better mental health. During COVID, many didn’t see the devastation we were told was inevitable.

(Seriously Google “Amish obesity rates” or “Amish COVID outcomes.”)

What’s interesting is what they don’t have:
📺 No TV

📱 No social media

🗳️ No nonstop political noise
And yet we’re told that noticing patterns makes you “anti-science” or “not normal.” But pattern recognition is literally how thinking works.
This isn’t “medicine bad.” Emergency medicine is amazing.

It’s just funny how communities with real food, daily movement, strong families, and zero propaganda machines seem healthier and calmer than the rest of us. 🤷‍♂️

Not saying go back to the 1800s.
Just wondering why turning off the noise might actually make people better off.

We’re told to trust the science.
Maybe we should also trust our eyes. 👀
