I promised SoMeeans i would share a current picture of my daughter Neshama and i, versus a picture of Neshama and i 5 months ago when i was 43 pounds heavier.



My wife took a picture of us at a Peruvian restaurant yesterday.. The difference between how i looked at 235 pounds versus now is extraordinary on pictures. I haven' t taken a picture in a while.



I am no longer suffering from heart arrythmia, something that i started suffering of when i was fat, and it haunted me for my entire career as a fat man. The doctor even told me i may have to live with arrythmia for the rest of my life. The doctor even gave me a breathing machine to use at night. Impossible for me to sleep with that stuff.



Now that i am 43 pounds lighter i can actually sleep at night without choking. All the doctors needed to tell me was to do a diet and lose 50 pounds. They didn't need to try and medicate me nor provide breathing machines so i could sleep at night. The medical system here bamboozled me with their stupid FDA Socialist Pyramid B.S diet.



I want to see my daughters grow. Yet the FDA with the help of the Central State were actually trying to kill me. I really have to thank ferris for mentioning his diet over and over. I thought i would never get started. Until one day i decided to give it a go. That was 5 months ago. I couldn't be happier with the results.. By the way, zero excercise routines. All i did as i have mentioned on previous posts is flip the FDA Pyramid diet upside down. Rather than high carbs low fat. Low carbs high fat. Ferris has been doing something similar and having success. I am now having success myself.
