My title today is Chicken Tika
Today I will tell you how to make chicken taka, how I made it at home
First I prepared the spice inside a plate. I mixed the licking spice with red chilli water and then I put lemons in it and mixed it well.
And I took the chicken and after washing the chicken well, I made small pieces of it like this
Then I put all this prepared spice on the chicken and kept the chicken for a while

And then I took a skewer and put herbs inside the skewer and left it on the coals

And leave them for fifteen to twenty minutes to cook the herbs on top of the bolo, and in doing so, our weed will be ready.
First time I tried chicken tika was in London, and I can confirm it´s delicious
