Hi everyone this is a post about my fight with my autoimmune disorder.
I have suffered with autoimmune disorder for 8yrs and from time to time I have a relapse. I haven't had a relapse for a couple of years.
Until now when I didnt cover my hands when washing the dishes the next day my hands had flared up it was so sore and very sore to touch.
