It’s important to understand that the Supreme Court opinion today is largely based on the argument that Congress didn’t expressly authorize a vaccine mandate in the OSH Act of 1970.

This is exactly it. SCOTUS told Congress that if they want to do something, they need to pass a law for it that sits within the framework of the Constitution.

Personally, I think laws and regulations such as this need to be left to the individual States where it can be more effectively managed. Or not. Leave it to the States to govern themselves.
