Soft drinks are a very popular beverage all over the world. Soft drink is a type of non-alcoholic liquid. It usually contains elements of carbonated water, sweeteners, and dissolved material.

Are soft drinks really soft?

No, Soft drinks are a slow poison which gradually affects the body and mind.

Why harmful?

  1. It contains more than 10 teaspoons of sugar (355 ml coach) Additional sugar increases insulin levels by increasing blood sugar levels Which is harmful to us.
  2. Soft drinks reduce the amount of oxygen in the body which increases the risk of cancer.
  3. Aspartame chemical is used instead of sugar in many soft drinks or soft drinks. The effect of which is its 92 kinds of harmful effects on the body including brain tumors, infertility, diabetes, epilepsy, mental equilibrium.
  4. Ethylene glycol of soft drinks is a poison similar to arsenic. Its effect on the kidney is very serious.

very true.. sugar alone in softdrinks is enough to cause havoc in one's system. Diabetes and obesity are but a few side-effects of drinking this type of beverage.

Yes, soft drinks contain too much sugar that is harmful to our body. Excessive soft dink intake can lead us to diabetes which many are affected now. In a very early they had already a diabetes. It's time to think, impose self discipline and change our lifestyle for better health.
