I think as a newbie (being one myself) that commenting on blogs and bringing value to the post itself is the way to make it big on steem.
Good posts are also valuable but there is yet to be a formula on what makes a good post.

I think "the quality formula" on being successful consists of a mixture of your personal "Super Power Ingredients". There's not One Magical Formula, yet it's strictly personal and targeted at a person's specialties. Use "what makes you, you", be genuine, no copy-pasting. That's why I labeled this post "A Conceptual Guide to Make it Big on Steemit"
