When I was young, I made an Instagram account. I had uploaded a lot of photos of mine some of them were looking cringe back then. Once, I changed my password for security reasons, and I forgot it next time. I couldn't recover my account due to I thought that the email is like a username. A temporary username specifically. I didn't know I had to put my Google email so I can recover my account in case I lose it. Now that I am a bit older, I have made another account on Instagram. However, my old account is public, and anyone can see my old cringe photos. I want to recover it or somehow delete it since there hasn't been any activity since like 2016. In my opinion, Instagram should have deleted it itself, since the account belonged to such a young person. Is there any way I can recover my account or ever delete it permanently ?
