Sometimes it seems that waves and snaps have their own public, sometimes it seems that the same people publish on different "platforms" But how to find real curator it's hard to say.
One thing that I can say that @melinda010100 regularly curates on ecency waves. I think it's worth to delegate to her HP. Of course if she won't be against it ;)
