I try different kinds of smoothies during Iftar time because you get bored after drinking same kind of beverage everyday but you need good energy booster while retaining fitness. I made cherry juice which is very good for fitness and health.
- Cherry
- Black salt
- Sugar
- Lemon Juice
- Water
First you have to take the cherries and wash them first
Mash them for juice
Add some lemon juice
Sugar is optional
Then add black salt
It was a very refreshing experience to drink it
