    Hello @hkstemit,

    you've send us a transfer without any memo. We've gone ahead and refunded it.

    However, this has been the 3rd time in a short time-span, that we had to manually refund/process your transfers. Please be more mindful about your transfers and actions, as the next mis-transfers will not be refunded.
