So the other day we got a little rain and arriving at the jobsite I saw these little canyons created by the dripping of the water below our new build.
I guess the oddity of it caused me to whip out the cell phone and grab a couple pictures. I thought it looked cool, little pillars of sand holding up miniature seashell treasures...
Not much else going on down here in South Texas. We are still enjoying the mild winter this year as I've only had to put on long pants for work maybe 4 days total this winter. Any how, here's a pic of our latest endeavor out on the island over in Port Aransas.
Port A is a great little town and after hurricane Harvey the place seems to have a new life about it and in another week or two a new home to be lived in or rented out to some tourist on vacation.
Have a great week.
PS
Look at the moon...
Loving the sand sculptures, it’s amazing what a little dripping water can do. That’s looks like an impressive wooden structure, are they always built on stilts like that? Superb sunset to end.

Thanks. I thought it looked pretty cool too.
Yes most all of the new homes in Port Aransas are at least 5ft off the ground after hurricane Harvey.
That's actually the full blood wolf moon rising. I fell asleep during the eclipse 😞
Whoa this is super cool! Hope you are well and finding
Your joy 💗
You know that saying if you are doing something you love then you never have to work a day. ...that applies to me. Won't be long and spring will be sprung and I'll be surrounded by half naked girly girls everywhere. Love ya..
Good for you. Permanently moving?
Permanently moving? Dont know where that came from but I do have itchy feet. So when are you going to get around to doing that earth bag home? I'm ready to shovel dirt and cut some wood. I wouldnt mind building one of those for myself...well at least for my kiddo cause I'll be getting off this planet in about 20yrs anyway.
