The holidays are a busy time for everyone and sometimes it's nice to just sit down and relax, reminisce about the days gone by and enjoy a wee nip and fine but of tobacco.

It is! this is why I love "Shabbat" ( Saturday ) as a religious Jewish, I don't touch any electric device for 25 hours and I can just sit and relax. You know how fun it is to be without your phone for 25 hours? It's great to have 1 day in the week where you just relax.
There is nothing about electric devices in religion, if there is, I think, so you can use steemit using voice controlled computer? ;)
Religious Jews can't use any electric devices on Saturday. It starts with turning on/off lights and watching TV. literally anything that is "Work" related.
You can read about it if you'd like. I'm pretty sure you'll have something about it on Wikipedia.
