Last night we were out for dinner and we passed this peculiar Mickey Mouse street art. If you look at the black and white closeup below you will see graphics with numbers and letters on it.

I noticed that right away, and zoomed in to try and figure it out. It could be maybe a points system for a shooting target? Very intriguing!
Correct it is a Mickey Mouse Gun Target!

I wonder what the letters and numbers have to do with shooting though. Maybe its coded language to refer to a particular area to aim at.
Yes its a qualification target for police shooting. Looks like they copied something like this for poor Mickey!
