The Eiffel tower is my favorite spot in Paris. Never get enough of taking photos of that grand creation.

I must say I feel that way about Paris as a city! Everywhere you look it is just full of beauty and history ;)
All you need to is just lift the tower up a little bit and boom, you can fit it in :D
I ran the Paris Marathon back in 2010 with a friend and our legs were absolutely battered (it was our first marathon after all).
But we are morons, so we decided to go to the Eiffel Tower the next day (when we could barely walk on flat ground) and went up to the deuxieme etage... by stairs...
That's right, after 42km of running, we decided to walk up 42 storeys of stairs!
Ironically, walking up was the easy bit... coming down... different story!
You should have seen us, we were clinging on to the railing as we found unique methods of putting one foot in front of the other haha!

I must say you made some really entertaining memories so it was definitely worth it!
I am not much of a runner (never have been fit enough to do a whole marathon) so I can't even begin to imagine how you managed to pull yourself out of bed the next day.

Sometimes it is hard to take the whole perspective from the angle where you are.
I know, it was virtually impossible but it looked like the most beautiful angle so I could not resist.

Been there done that! Paris is great and so much to see. The transit system takes some to get the hang of. My favorite places are still in the countryside. Just a country boy!
I love it all! From countryside to cityscape. I live on an island so it is good to get to some hustle bustle sometimes ;)

That's just the dream place I want to visit right there.. The shot is still good, anyways. :) But, it would've been a lot better if it was like a professional camera or something. Whenever I can go there one day, I'd make sure I will bring a nice camera with me so I capture it perfectly! :)
I agree! It would have been much better to have a real camera to capture what I was seeing. Nowadays it just feels a bit strange to carry bulky cameras when phone cameras are so good but it is in times like these that your phone is just not going to cut it!
It is not an easy thing to capture a huge object even with a powerful camera. Well you managed to take such a nice photo indeed. I was very inspired by your previous blog "advice from one minnow to another". I think minnows should united to promote each-other in steem platform. We all likes upvote on our comment which we made on another's posts. But, I think it would be much relevant if someone upvote my post rather than upvoting my comment. My point is that by upvoting a post, that post may earn more than sporadic comments earn. It means rather upvoting on my comment you can upvote my post and vice versa. Is it not a good idea? Please comment.
