Hello there Steemians!
A few months back, I created an original series called City Scenes exclusively for Steemit, brought to you in either color or black and white to showcase street photos I take some of which have been nominated for mobile photography awards and published in online magazines and Instagram hubs.
For this week's post, I'm going with color as I happened to be out last week in some very gorgeous, spring-like weather (in the middle of winter) which was very inspiring, indeed! And the light was super lovely, too. What's more, people seemed really happy to be able to mill about under the sun some with short sleeves and dresses, some with light coats and just suits but all with an extra bounce in their step! Good weather is always a good excuse for good moods and, of course to capture street shots to share with you!
So, without further ado, I hereby present my latest version of City Scenes!

Wow these are sights to behold.
Your camera must be superb and wonderful. I don't think my phone can do such. What App did you use for these beauties?

Your posts just get better and better! I am no way surprised that some have been nominated for awards or published in magazines they are amazing!! It shows that it doesn't matter what camera you have it's the person behind the lens, and that's so true here, you are so talented at capturing street photography and people. Hello there! Thanks so much for stopping by and for your kind comments too! I recently started to use an iPhone X - a reluctant change from my iPhone 6 which I loved. Both are excellent for photography. I also use a camera app called Hipstamatic which has cool retro looking filters.

Be sure to keep us informed! Can't wait to see your post all about your new exhibit! Training's been on hold a bit this week, I think I overdid the last few weeks and needed a recovery week! That's my excuse anyway! Going to hop on the treadmill later and/or maybe an indoor bike ride but really get back to things tomorrow!
Good Lord! You're amazing! I'm lucky if I look in the direction of an indoor bike, it means I've managed to get to the gym to well, look in the direction of the indoor bike!

Though its so hard to favorite and navigate the platform that sometimes if your're following to many ppl you can miss posts like this. but great stuff. are these from NTC by chance or all over. Wow! These are great. This is my favourite genre of photography and you do it very well. It's inspirational and you've got me thinking that maybe I'll reconsider selling my long lens as that's the only way I can take candid street shots without the fear of having to get too close. I know I should work on getting closer and engaging with people for my own personal development, but then you kinda break the magic a little bit.
Yup, the iPhone does let you get in close and not be noticed....most of the time, lol! Thanks so much for your comments and for stopping by :D
