Thank you RioSteem!! Yes it is Osaka! it was one of my nicer photos taken back when i visited in early 2017! And yep Osaka is my favourite City in Japan!
I bet it is the photo of you raising your hands like the 'Glico Running Man' Pose yeah! :D
