SmartCard is a physical card that holds SMART. You do not need a phone to keep SMART. If you've ever had problems using your phone in buildings ... you will understand why this is a good idea. Only sellers need internet connection. It's as easy as a debit card and credit card, but it's not controlled by third parties. It's not a pre-loaded card. This is actually a crypto solution.
