Does voting count as a withdrawal from your smart rewards wallet? hence invalidating your rewards for that month?

that's a good question. My opinion, any withdrawal done on your smartrewards wallet affects your rewards for that month. With voting it seems a bit different, because I noticed that your smart is not actually debited when you vote... so it doesn't affect your rewards.
