The application of beautiful colors, with textures that strengthen the details.

Your painting looks to turn the corner of the room. That's a good color that can be seen together with the room.

Great work, @jecminek Keep Steem On

This tree seems to emanate its own aura of mystical energies :) Wonderful painting, @jecminek~ The brushstrokes on the sky gives an effect of vibrations ! And I love the contrast between the colours of the ground and the blue !

Such a beautiful painting! I love that even though the tree doesn't have leaves on it, it seems to have so much life in it. It is quite detailed and you did capture its surrounding really beautifully. The blue sky did compliment it all and gave the painting a vibrant look!

Great painting!

👍👏It looks very well on the wall

Wowzers, haven’t seen a celtic-derivative painting in quite some time. So give me a moment as I star hard and not confuse this for Germanic, Slavic and Sumerian script... Okay, that’s enough time and now let’s get to the post!

Firstly, the content itself: let’s just say that’s it’s a symbolic piece of artistry with the usage of symbols all around. However, I do get confused by the intent of the message that is trying to be conveyed here. I do understand that these are celtic runics, all mystical as we see the tree is imbued with blue matter coursing in the tree veins, that they are given a rustic but painted feel and that they are treated with great care to be painted. Yet I feel they are tossed there without being fine-tuned to the meaning of these runics. But I could be flabbergasting and forgetting the meaning of these runics. But how cool it could’ve been to see them engraved on stone or the trees! At least then the viewer would have to no reason to question the placement on the runics and dare question why these runes and what were the celts trying to convey. (Much like deciphering Sumerian script or Egyptian Heiroglyphs.)

Keeping much unto that track, the painting: I must say that this is a cool impasto painting, especially done in acrylic. (Which makes sense of the “rustic” feeling of the runics.) Withal, it feels like a religious impressionism / post impressionism piece here (maybe better to say expressionism here if it weren’t thematically jammed in with symbols as well). From the fact of the time period that the painting is focused on, to the fact we can see only the mystical forces at work, the runics as aforementioned and the tree which dictates celtic practice. In this sense, it makes sense of the unity and intepenetrations (or overlapping) of both the symbolic celtic symbols and the very real and magical tree. Belay my last if there’s a real art movement for this, but I could definitely see this painting being classified as magical realism along witb religious impressionism/postimpressionism.

So congrats on that @curie upvote, keep on painting and happy steeming!

That's a great painting!
In the coming months, one of the trees here would be like that one you painted, due to the fact that its been months now of too much heat here without rain.

:):) wow, you remember my trees, thank you. This tree is the real tree growing in stables where we walkend with familiy and this amazing big tree woke up mysterious thoughts in me.

Oh really?
Can you share that thoughts?

Beautiful painting and so different to your other pieces. I love that you show us a piece that is less abstract than your usual ones :)

This tree makes me think of so many things such as life, nature, power, time and many more. It is a perfect tree standing strong in any conditions - we should take this tree as an example for our lives :)

Thank you for sharing and have a lovely day!

Yes, abstracts are game of discovering for me, but paintings like this are about memories and real thoughts. I like to find the sacred aspects of all living. Thank you for your comment.

One word...stunning!

Thank you

What an interesting drawing of a tree. I like this tree, it feels like a tree with a lot of personality. And I find the symbols that you drew around it to be refreshing and they make this drawing unique.

That painting really goes well on that wall and with the darker blue wall it really makes it pop. Great piece and thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your comment.

hi @jecminek
I love trees, I feel for them a visceral attraction, perhaps because they are the direct sons of the mother earth and somehow our brothers. I do not paint, but I'd like to. Instead I do pictures and I want to dedicate this photo, which I feel very close to your painting. and guess where it was taken? in the mystical and Celtic ireland! Coincidence? congratulations and thanks for sharing for us

very spiritualistic, somehow religious. I love the chosen palette of colors, it generates some positive aura and energy. The last photo shows that it looks also very nice hanged on the wall and I would definitely hang it on mine. Your painting deserves for its curation. You also, great job mister !

🎉 Congratulations @jecminek! 👏, your amazing Artwork has been selected to be featured in my curation post.

Great color contrast. A very balanced composition, also in terms of the emotional appeal. Cold and warmth, life and death.
It can certainly dress any room.
