RE: How to Become a Morning Person

It also helps to get away from all kinds of screens 1-2 hours before you go to sleep. The blue light of screens disrupts your circadian rythm. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Effects_of_blue_light_technology#Effects_of_blue_light_on_sleep_and_circadian_rhythm)

Also a good thing to incorporate into your night routine is to start writing a journal before you go to sleep, this way you can unload your brain and thus fall easier asleep and have better sleep as your brain doesn't have to process so much stuff.

tell me abt it, i should be sleeping right now lol. i agree with the brain unload but i prefer doing so in the morning through meditation. i am not a big journaler. i do like something called the 6 times book from the Diamond Cutter by Michale Roach.
