Open the window or door to you room, cool yourself down and brace for sleep. Don't overheat your body as it replenishes oils and digests the food of today. Prepare for tomorrow being your worst and best day, it can be either or neither...
Sleep is the time for indefinites, and for all the thoughts in your head to disperse and then collide into dreams. Let your body and mind rest as we all deserve it...and I will be right there dreaming with you. Stay calm and breath deeply as the body lays still and accepts its subconscious experience. The healing of sleep makes it necessary but also wonderful, nothing quite amounts to resting a tired body. Just a thought before bed, have a great one everybody.
