Sometimes Love is not about words, it’s about expressions and that’s why Mr. Bean and his teddy never separated.
Hello Hivers,
Today I’m going to post my new artwork for the daily drawing challenge (Day 19) with the theme of Love. I know it’s a little late but I could not post it that day due to a busy schedule.
So, what’s love?......Being happy always, attachment, affection, friendship?
Well, it can mean anything from its box of infinite meanings. It can be mother’s love, father’s love, loving yourself and your life, your partner and many more.
Whatever the meaning of love is, there is one thing for sure, Love is not just about words, its about your behavior, your nature, your expressions too. With this thought, I made a cartoon sketch of Mr. Bean and his teddy. If you guys remember, this made our childhood really awesome. Mr. Bean loved his teddy a lot and was always there for his teddy (love). Mr. Bean’s expressions were enough to show his pure love towards his teddy.
Here’s my sketch for the love theme – Love without words-

It is made using HB pencils, a red Luxor pen to fill up the heart and red colour staedtler to give a shade to the heart shape.
I began with drawing a rough outline of the whole sketch with an HB pencil thereafter giving it a fair look by outlining Mr. Bean and his teddy with the eyes, nose, eyebrows proper using 4B and 8B pencils. Then, I continued to shade the coat, hairs and teddy with 4B, 8B and 10B pencils and outlined the heart with a charcoal. After all this, I filled the heart with a red luxor pen using the dot tecnique and finally gave a shade to it with a red staedtler. At last, you can also use Artists’ Fixative spray so that the charcoal and pencil shade does not spread all over the page.
Here, you can see the whole process through pictures-
