Greetings steemians! This is my entry for the six week health challenge.
Before I continue , I want to acknowledge the brains behind this challenge @healthsquared. Kudos to your effort aimed at building a strong and healthy society of steemians.
This now begins my entry.
This is how I work out my triceps.
This sideways twist from side to side stretches both the muscles of my trunk as well as those of my lower limb, confering agility, strength and power.
This is how I energize and strengthen my hamstrings to get them ready for the day's activities.
