This my entry for the sixweekhealth challenge organised by @healthsquared and @sweetsssj.
For me its the little things we do each day that add up to being healthy and fit.
Because of my tight school schedule its only on Saturdays that I actually have time for a full exercise regimen.
firstly, football is my first love sport. I play football with friends.
