Regards appreciated Steemit community.
Today I return to give thanks for the challenge presented by @healthsquared and @sweetsssj, this time is how to eliminate or not fall: In a state of mental fatigue caused by the demand for a performance much higher than normal that usually leads to various physical disorders and mental, or not to reach the set of alterations that occur in the body as a physical response to certain repeated stimuli (STRESS)
Doctor @healthsquared is challenging us to show, and at the same time, motivate us to overcome stress.
Before publishing my photos and encouraging them to do different anti stress things, I would like to quote Facundo Cabral
Do only what you love and you will be happy, and whoever does what he loves, is blessedly condemned to success, which will come when it must arrive, because what it should be will be, and it will come naturally. Do not do anything out of obligation or commitment, but out of love. (...)

One of the things that I love is my profession and therefore my occupation. I'm a technician in mechanical maintenance and I work as a technician in Jhon Deere machinery. Sorry to tell you my profession, but I want to get to the exact point. And it's where a customer calls, he tells me that he is stressed by some problem that his machine presents. Wherever my work goes, enjoy solving the problem that is causing someone stress.
I'm not asking you to be mechanics, I'm just asking you to do things with passion.
I recommend my readers to enjoy the simplicity of life. "Because I've always believed that life is simpler than we think, we just complicate it ourselves"
Go for a walk with your loved ones, family, stop, observe the nature, the sunset of the day, see the wonderful that the planet is, from a tiny ant to a big elephant, from a stream to the biggest ocean, from the human being more humble to the super powerful, sure that from each one you will learn new things.
Take life calmly, it is unique there will be no other.
Personally I de-stress each afternoon taking care of my orchids playing with my daughter, doing crafts with recycling things, reading a good book or a good magazine, sleep I think is one of the great remedies for stress
I apologize to my readers, especially @healthsquared and @sweetsssj, for not presenting more pictures, but the Internet system where I am is too slow and not to get to STRESS better public with the few photos I manage to upload .. I really feel sorry because I wanted to make a better presentation ..
