Great article, I have been trying to cut sugar out of my diet but it is so damn hard. Like I stopped having sugar in my coffee, I tried to cut out drinking soda, etc. Yet still am getting too much sugar in my diet. Stuff you would never think has a lot of sugar, when you start looking for it, it would shock you. It is a really big problem and the human body is not designed to process sugar, it is basically a toxin to our system. The food industry needs to lower the amount of sugar they put into foods by a massive amount.
