After changing your Hive account's private keys like @ganjafarmer highly recommended, please try to delete as many of the scam comments as possible. Since your Reputation is already high enough, you don't need to ask everyone to remove their downvotes on the spam comments made from your account.

I do believe the best you can do is edit them and take out the fishing link.

We have seen a wave of people getting hacked recently.
Your idea sounds great. Maybe @cve3 should delete the spam comments that can be deleted, and then just edit those which can't be deleted.

And yes autocorrect doesn't ever do me any favors.
That would just be easier to edit everything and put an editing thing in there and apologize you never know you might get some votes for proactively cutting off the spam.

In my case, I think that it is better to see no comment at all rather than seeing comments with apologies.
