Then as you mentioned above, everyone supports each other with upvotes and comments...

Bingo. Was just going to suggest this @missiontothemoon. A concencus on a tag name that everyone can follow and tag in posts would be a good move.

when you say tag in posts, do you mean the same as 1 of the 5 allowed tags, or just another identifier in the posts in addition to the main tag?
Yes. It's the same thing if you hash-tag in the body of the post; it counts as one of your 5. You can yest this by adding 5 tags in the tag field at the bottom and also include a hashtag in the post. It'll be rejected saying you've used 6 tags.
Thanks, I actually know this. I thought you were suggesting another identifier in the post or title sans hashtag.
