I am getting people started with ideas to hopefully create an Instagram or reddit or Twitter steem tip bot and we have tip bots like Tipu on steem and on discord so I think we can hopefully maybe just use curiosity bot by gyzimo on steem and link Instagram to discord accounts, and THAT is one way to tip an IG Account with steem, they register their account over discord by se ding microtransactions with a memo from their steem account to claim ownership. Just like @share2steem allows you to claim an Instagram account to your steem account
