Happy Friday, stackers! Wishing you a great day, and I wanted to share what came in the mail today. I was pleasantly surprised at what arrived and am happy to share.
I got another silver gram and a 1980 proof dime. I am a huge fan of proof coins, and if you didn't know about them, they are expertly struck at the mill. If you ever get change and see a shiny coin, it could be a proof so stay aware when you do.
Scanning the market, gold is down slightly to $2,695 (down 0.37%), silver is down slightly to $31.57 and copper is down 2% to $4.32 per pound. This is expected as risk assets and indexes have posted gains after the United States elections this week. Investors are shifting to growth stocks and there have been pullbacks in previous metals and commodities which is expected.
Proof coins and silver grams are inexpensive and look beautiful. The shine coming off these coins is amazing, and I ordered some more 1980s proofs including some quarters and nickels. Have an awesome weekend and keep stacking to the ceiling!
