We all love and enjoy sex, or don’t we? Everybody that has had the opportunity to have a taste of this pleasure fruit would always want a re-taste of this fruit. Sex is beautiful, it is the height of pleasure; nothing is more pleasurable than the sexual encounter.

When we hear or think sex, what really comes to mind?
Sex is beyond mere penal penetration, it is more of giving than receiving. How can we give pleasure, when what hits us during an encounter is like a graduating fart bomb? There is a difference between intercourse, sex and lovemaking.
INTERCOURSE: penetration of the vagina by the penis, this sounds like something animalistic to me. A dog mounts a bitch and penetrates; goats do the same thing, if what you do is intercourse then there is no need to keep a proper hygiene.
SEX: this involves kissing, touching, especially the breasts and finally the penetration, for this you need a level of sexual hygiene.
Finally..
LOVEMAKING: this is a more intense form of enjoying sexual pleasure. It involves the mouth (tongue), hands and the genitals. There should be maximum amount of sexual hygiene. It entails exploring the body with the tongue and hands. Fellatio and Cunin Lingus are special features. If anything repugnant is perceived, it would be a major turn off.
TIPS ON SEXUAL HYGIENE
For Guys: shave your pubic hairs and your armpits, change your under wear regularly; once a day to avoid smell.
For Ladies: clean your vagina regularly, there are a thousand and one microorganism residing there; shave your pubic hair and armpits regularly. Change your panties o. Guys would never tell you, if you’re smelling, they would just chop, clean mouth and go, and believe me that would be the end plus all their friends would know how smelly you are. Na so we see am o!
GIVING good hygiene to your body do not only afford you good personal health but it also earns you IN RETURN a pleasurable lovemaking experience. For both sexes, before an intense lovemaking shower properly, bad smell is a big turn off. Keep a clean breath; I highlighted this in my last #SexualitySaturday post. Be clean and enjoy clean sex!

Some men find women who are shaved down there unattractive. Trimmed yes, shaved bald no--we don't want to be with someone who looks like they are prepubescent. Shaved legs and armpits yes, but a trimmed jungle below adds natural mystery to the sensual experience.

Pretty good summary and tips, except for the man shaving his armpits and pubic hairs. No guys I know will do such a thing. Maybe trim them if they are way too much, but not shave them.

Sexual intercourse and love making...the difference is in the after feelings. One makes one or both party feel used, the other leaves you satisfied and wanting more.
