I think you love to collect like this imagery at your home I want to discover what esle you have in you home

I bought these statues for my Buddhist alter, the tall one is my husbands statue. For practice statues are part of cultivating devotion and faith in the teachings of Buddha.

emm good do you practice Yoga !! I have never practice it , but I want to try it

I don't practice yoga for enlightenment, it's just a tool, I do read text and meditate. I did take classes on Yantra yoga from Tibetan teachers. The yoga practice helps the circulation and energy points when doing a lot of sitting meditations.

You have valuable things, keep them, nice to share with us like these pictures

To whom these statues
I asked you before and did not answer me haha

They are mine and my husband statues...these are statues of Goutama Buddha.

I have looked at the works of this artist
It has great parity but is expensive

Good jop friend.
How are you

I am doing well @safrijals, how are you doing?

I am also fine.
where are you lately ... ??

I am working on my art and writing articles. I don't have a lot of time to socialize and read or vote on people's blogs right now. I will be more social by next week. That is I will be able to read and vote on blogs.

Yes, it is okay.
I understand why.
do not forget you take care of your health. and your grandchildren

Are you Buddhist? looks like yes but please talk me more. Regards

Yes I am a Buddhist, I took my bodhisattva vows from a Korean Zen Monk way back in 1993 or 4, I can't remember the exact year anymore. I've had teachers, real ones that are hardcore from the Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana traditions.

You're a integral person, i mean you have a lot of knowledge to share and as person a big talisman. Regards

I am a curious cat, I wanted to know why I kept causing myself so much suffering from the choices I made in life....

a note about the statues to the lurkers who are reading this. Buddhist do not worship statues or the historical figure of Goutama Buddha. We have statues to remind us of our practice which will eventually bring enlightenment. The end of habitual reactions to sensations and thoughts we hold onto or run away from....the breaking of conditioning of ignorance, greed, envy, hatred, fear....and freeing the mind from the endless rounds of karma from reacting to negative mind states. The statues are part of faith and devotion which are positive mind qualities that help us practice.

I impressed to see your respect about religion.... I sharing a good article... keep it up...

If the religion preaches peace, wisdom, and loving kindness, I respect that religion.

Dont talk about religion

I can talk about what ever I wish here @hamazazaib. If you don't like posts about religion you don't have to look or comment ;-)

Sorry i want to say i dont dont talk about religion

Well if you don't talk about religion you shouldn't comment on a post that has posted religious statues...hahaha, thank goodness I am not a mean person. You made me giggle though...

@josediccus, I can nominate you on this coming Wednesday or you can start right now if you wish. You don't need to be nominated.

Well Wednesday will cut it for me 😁😁😁😁

So you're budhist then?

yeah I was born a Christian and still love Jesus teachings but I needed a teacher to help me dig out of a lot of negative conditioning I had to deal with from childhood abuse. Along the way I found that I really wanted to be free, really free so I can walk t through heaven or hell and not get overwhelmed lololol

Your opinion is divine, really and most be respected, I'm sorry about the childhood fracas.

Impressive B&W photography of Buddha. Are you Buddhist or respect Buddhism? where's you following it?

A wonderful participation in a beautiful white and gaudy challenge gives the impression of the feet of some things despite their novelty.

Are you a Buddhist? I was not aware of it?I mean how did you become a buddhist? Is it from your birth or you learnt the philosophy later and following it?
-cheers-

I assumed it was all Buddhist related, but then after reading your comments it appears I was right! All of it looks amazing!

it could be brings peace for you and your surrounds.
