I had to solve the problem after the end of active work and retirement in 66 years. Didn't want to spend their old age on the couch and end my life quietly in bed. Where is the way out of this impasse?
There is a solution! No medicines, no gym, no extra costs and hassle. You need to force yourself to live an active life, keep track of your nutrition and psychological state.
First I had to solve a problem with weight gain. In April 2017 I weight was more than 105 pounds. During the day, manifested the weakness and apathy. I decided to load up physical exercise, starting in the morning. Physical activity is dosed gradually. Start with walking at a fast pace for 30 - 40 minutes and finish with light gymnastic exercises.
I chose the route in places where a lot of greenery. In the first place decided to Hiking without running loads. Gradually brought distance from 2 to 5 kilometers.
When performing gymnastic exercises the number of repetitions increased gradually. So in the beginning I squatted 20 times, and now can easily perform squats up to 200 times and counting. In the usual training sufficient to perform 100 sit-UPS. To perform these exercises it is desirable to use additional support.
During exercise and walk constantly need to monitor their well-being. If you experience discomfort or fatigue immediately stop the workout, to calm the breath and to return home. If these exercises cause discomfort, you should consult with your doctor.

Currently every morning I conduct training for 1 hour. During this time I walk 5.4 kilometers and do 100 sit-UPS. Squats allow us to load on the cardiovascular system and to include mechanisms in the body to burn fat. After 6 months of training my weight decreased by 9 pounds. Preferably during the day, still make one or two trips and bring the total distance up to 8 – 10 kilometers.
Pay attention to the organization of power. It is advisable not to overeat, a diet balanced in favor of increasing vegetables and decreasing fatty foods. You must be from alcohol and Smoking.
